The Roku channel playback issue

I’ve been watching the Roku channel on my Sony tv for almost a yr now. And all of a sudden nothing! The screen is gray and it shows no images. I’ve uninstalled it. I’ve updated it. And still nothing!!!!!

HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

    We noticed that you're experiencing issues with The Roku Channel, and we'll try to solve this.

    Have you also tried rebooting your router and seeing if it'll make any difference? Depending on your internet service provider, you can simply unplug and then replug the router from the power source.

      After 5 failed attempts of rebooting my WiFi router, IT FINALLY WORKED!!! I can now enjoy my shows again! Thanks for the assist.
