The Roku Channel playback error

 its a shame to me that you've got to work so hard to view content within an app not to mention the  frustration that goes along with it, all for nothing.  none of the other apps are like this so what gives???  you all have clearly known about these issues for some time now & it doesn't seem like you've done anything to fix them. more to the point....i keep getting the famous roku "playback error" box for anything i click on & yes i have checked my internet settings, unplugged the firestick, restarted, refreshed, reinstalled, etc, etc, etc & still the same **bleep** everytime.  nothing this simple should be so mind numbing!  you all really need to step it up roku & work this out bcz alot of us firestick users have about given up on you!
