the roku channel its not playing movies or series

whenever i try to see anything from the roku channel it does not play anything i press play and the hud disappears and it can only be seen the background of the movie i try to see but nothing happens...

hi, i already tried deleting and restarting to install the app again and again, but still same problem and my account is from my country, btw
