The Roku Channel Bet+ content not working

I just think it's funny how you pay for a subscription to watch a particular show and realize a few episodes in that only half of the episodes are streaming! So now I'm not receiving a full service (that I payed for!) without any outlets to notify roku of the mishap or express my grievance. Instead theres these stupid chats where we express our grievances amongst each other!?  Roku needs to get it together because input from the consumer might be beneficial.

    Hi amandah123,

    Welcome to the Roku Community!

Thank you for informing us that the episode you are watching on BET Plus through the Roku Channel is only playing half of the show. We would like to take a closer look into the issue.

Could you kindly provide us with the specific title of the show and the episode number where you are experiencing issues with BET Plus on the Roku Channel? Additionally, we would like to know if these problems are occurring with just certain content on this channel or if they affect all content available on BET Plus.

Your detailed response will help us address the situation more effectively.

    Cheers,
    Riamie
