The Paramount+ app freezes at the end of the commercial
I'm watching a show with ads on Paramount+ Essential Annual Plan on The Roku Channel. For two separate episodes of a show, the channel froze at the end of an ad, and in one case; I was never able to finish the episode because it refroze in the same spot.
Although responsible for the channel, Roku chat and telephone support are not available.
How can this be resolved?
