Thanks for reaching out, greyironarmy!
It looks like the F1 TV app won't load or play on the Roku device. Could you tell us more?
What specific device model is affected? Also, have you tried doing the steps below?
- Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
- Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
- Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.
Still unable to play the app? Please get back to us so we can dive deeper!

Hello, and thank you very much for your assistance.
Following receipt of your email, I figured I'd run through all the steps again before responding. I did so and got the same results stated previously. HOWEVER, this time I used the ROKU feature to RESET my network connection, rather than just checking it and trying a different wireless router. The RESET network appears to have done the trick as the F1TV app recognized the Internet connection and opened up like normal. - SUCCESS - I even checked if there was a necessary update and none was required.
Thanks again for reaching out as it encouraged me to try everything again, while recognizing that I hadn't yet tried the RESET network connection option. BTW, this was on the 4K USB Stick version of ROKU. I was pleased that I did NOT need to do a factory reset...which would have required reconnecting my many subscriptions.
Bring on the Japanese Grand Prix!!! Whoo hoo!
