The continuous scrolling issue is back.

I followed all of the typical solutions: unplugged the unit to reset it, changed batteries in the remote, etc. This same issue has occurred several times for me in the past, but not in a few years. In the past, it seemed to be caused by a Roku software update. 

Please roll back my software to the previous build or get the patch rolled out asap.

    We understand you have the same issue after trying other possible troubleshooting steps on your Roku and would like to gather more info about this.

    • Could you tell us the Software Version of your device? (This will be found on Settings > System > About)
    • When did you encounter this issue?
    • Share a video with us, and it’ll help us dig further.

    For the time being, let's try to isolate the issue. Can you try using the Roku Mobile App and see if the issue continues, or scrolling persists?
