The channel called Roku channel is not working

My roku works fine but the built in channel which is called roku channel is not working even the live tv on roku channel is not either working too.

Well then I'm out of ideas. Do any other channels have work? If they do, then as I said, I have no clue, sorry.

Ya everything works fine except for the roku channel and the live tv

    I even used smart dns used vpn but not helping

    OK, wild guess here. It helped me in the past change you DNS, in your router to Cloudflare:

    https://1.1.1.1/dns/

    Couldn't hurt.

    Thanks for keeping the Roku Community posted!

    Due to geolocation restriction certain channels may not work when using a VPN. Try connecting to a mobile hotspot or any regular network to see if you're able to access it.
