The CBS app displays "We're sorry, an error occurred" when attempting to stream a show.

It happens all the time. Sometimes every day for weeks. The marked “solution” does not fix anything. It has been happening for years.

    It seems that you're having trouble accessing the CBS app, and we would like to look further into this issue. Please let us know the following.

    • Has it happened to all content on the CBS app?
    • Is this the only app you're having trouble with?
    • Could you provide us with a video while the issue occurs?

  • Try unplugging the device for 60 seconds and see if that helps.
