The Big Bang Theory, 1st Season Only?

I just subscribed to Max basic, specifically to watch The Big Bang Theory. It appears that only Season 1 is available. Am I missing something?

    I have Max & it has all 12 seasons. Try reloading the app maybe(?)

I also have the basic with-ads version of Max. In my case it's the 'free' version included with my Spectrum internet/cable plan. I just checked and all 12 seasons of The Big Bang Theory are available for me.

I don't know why you are only seeing one season. How are you subscribed? Specifically, are you subscribed directly with Max, or via the Roku Max app, or via the Roku Channel, or some other way?
