Tennis Channel app kicks back to the Home Screen

Is anyone else having issues with the Tennis Channel?

Here’s what I am experiencing:

When I try to load a match it crashes and sends me back to the Home Screen. Sometimes it can be temporarily rectified by logging out and then back in to my account.  Eventually the issue will return.

The app is up to date. I have tried deleting and reinstalling it but the issue never goes away permanently.

I assume I am not the only one having this issue since the problem is the app and not my account.

    We noticed that you are having an issue with the Tennis app and appreciate you taking the time to troubleshoot!

    Does the issue occur on your other device? In the meantime, we recommend you try to System restart and Software update your Roku device

      It happens on both devices. Both apps are up-to-date. Both systems are up-to-date. I have done system restarts. 
      The issue is the app. It needs to be fixed.

        Thank you for the confirmation. To get to the bottom of this, could you share with us the following details:

        • Tracker ID and Build  (Press Home 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
        • App version (This can be found by selecting the app on the home screen and pressing the * button)
        • Software version (Home > Settings > System > Software update > Check now)
