TCL RokuTV Home Screen Issue

Hello,

 

I have a new TCL RokuTV and I cannot get a "channel" or "App" loaded onto the home screen. The "app" says it is downloaded and it works, but I cannot figure out how to get it loaded onto the home screen. Is there a way to make it show up?

    Any app you add should appear automatically.  Try performing a "System restart" found under Settings->System->Power and/or a "Software update" found under Settings->System.  Hopefully one of those will get it to show up.

      Thank you. Neither worked. Very disappointed with this purchase.

        We're sorry for the hassle here and thanks for the attempt at troubleshooting provided by renojim. We'd like to take a closer look into this and see what exactly is going on.

        Is this an issue with a single channel you're trying to add, or does it happen to all the channels you wanted to add? In addition, we'd like to know if you look for the channel alone. Does it show the Open app? 

        Share a bit more of this, and we'll zoom in on it.
