TCL Roku TV Missing 3ABN App

I’m using the hotel’s TCL Roku TV in the Bahamas. They list 1000 Religious apps but 3ABN+ is not one of them. There is also not a way to search for it like I do on my Roku at home. Did the hotel preprogram what apps can be viewed on this tv?

    Using a Roku device in an unsupported region will be missing many apps and features.
