We're investigating. Some users are reporting no audio across multiple apps. We're on it!
Step 1: Try restarting your Roku device:
- Home > Settings > System > Power > System restart
(Skip "Power" if it's not shown)
If the issue persists, please share:
- Roku model, software version, serial number, device ID
(Found under Settings > System > About) - Tracker ID (Press Home 5x, then Back 5x)
- A short video of the issue, if possible
