Suggestions for whats played on a certain channel

Is there a way to suggest to Roku a popular show that they play on a certain channel for a while, but then they start playing another show that's never heard of for days at a time.

There is also another show that was popular back in the early 2000s, where they don't even show the complete series, yet the show was on almost 10yrs. But Roku literally only plays about 10 episodes and just replays them over and over again. 

Can we suggest anything as a customer to have them fix this?
