SLFShane, I don't know if the 3920 supports any of the "Volume modes", but if it does, make sure none are enabled. While watching a video, press * on your remote and set the "Volume mode" to "Off".
Yep. Did that. Even set it to something else and rebooted and then set it back to Off. Didn't change anything 😞 That was the first solution I found, and I was really hopeful. That doesn't seem to be the cause here though.
