Subtitles on replay not working with netflix
I used to be able to have subtitles automatically display for 20 seconds while watching netflix whenever I hit the replay button on my roku remote. This no longer works. I set up roku for subtitles...

I would try going on the app on your phone and making sure the captions are turned on. I read Netflix recently made a change to add regular captions in addition to SDH captions. The regular ones just so words, and not sounds and stuff going on. I had to go into the app on my phone to change it to the SDH ones. Maybe yours got totally turned off somehow. Just a thought hope this helps. You can probably do this on a computer too.
