Subscription to Sundance Now not working on Roku

I'm subscribed to Sundance now through Roku but when I go to stream "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" on Roku, it tells me that I don't have an account!

 

any help would be appreciated.

    Are you trying to watch it through Sundance Now on The Roku Channel or through their stand-alone app?  The two subscriptions aren't generally interchangeable, so you might want to try both ways.  Is that the only title you're having a problem with or is it everything?

    By the way, great movie!  I prefer the original Swedish version. 😉
