My screen is stuck just how i said in the title, after I reset my tv or turn it off it says downloading new software or looking for new software it just says cant update and please set up your internet connection and try again but I cant since there nothing to go to. I've tried restarting the tv multiple times but it hasn't worked. None of my remote controls do anything except for the turn off button. its says error code 003

Please be aware that the error code that you are seeing is related to the software not updating on your Roku device. When you factory reset the Roku TV, are you able to activate and finish setting up the Roku TV again?
We would recommend after factory resetting our Roku TV, trying to connect to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, when setting up and activating your device to see if you can finish updating your Roku TV. Then once you're TV has been activated and finished setting up, try to switch back to your home wireless network.
