The NewsMax app worked perfectly for a year, only recently has it been acting up, & on multiple Roku devices. Our old Roku LT does not seem to have a problem.
NewsMax on the Rumble app drops out after ~10 mins, a bit frustrating.
But the Roku channel tip paid off, no problems on NewsMax channel there. In fact, there is music during some of the commercials, kind of nice. Better than commercials.
Yes, NewsMax Livestream on Roku Channel is an option, just not as convenient as going directly to the NewMax app.
This recent issue that only impacts when I attempt to watch NewsMax through a Roku device and even then only intermittently is reason I posted that the "solution" of this issue to contact NewsMax was wrong.
Apparently the real Roku solution to a Roku issue is to watch NewMax on the Roku channel.
As soon as I said it was not affecting the Roku LT, it started affecting the Roku LT. Should have kept my mouth shut.
