Streaming glitches on several apps

I have several streaming glitches on ROKU channels.  Netflix and Tubi cut out every 10 secs.

Youtube tv is black. (I was unable to watch NFL football on Sun.)  On the other hand, Amazon

and PBS are fine.  I've taken all the stopgap measures: uninstall and reinstall the problem

channels; unplug and plug in the ROKU stick and TV; check the internet connection.  This morn
