The irony of this "bug" is that ROKU is still advertising their own channels using the channel numbers. I.E. I just saw an ad last night for their stand-up comedy channel that urged us to go to 820 (I think that was the number) and I have no idea how to get there.

Hello, I was playing with a new soundbar and I had to do a factory reset and my channel numbers are back. I have a 32 inch Onn/Roku.
Yep, I just checked again and I have channel numbers (for now)

Remedy for disappearing channels on Roku TVJust a heads up, we will be performing some basic troubleshooting steps to fix the issue and hoping for your cooperation on this one.
Please do this in your end
- Press Home on your Roku remote.
- Scroll and select Settings.
- Select System
- Select Software update.
After the software update, proceed to system restart
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.

winston3338 That did not work for me. I updated the system and restarted. Still no channel numbers.

My channel numbers are gone again. I came back from watching YouTube and there gone
