It is just an option that customers don't want to see while using the service.

On commercial TV, advertisers are the customers. The customers probably don’t enjoy the idea that some of their ads are getting to people who can’t understand them, but that happens with advertising and that’s really their issue to deal with. Of course, the customers always want the most bang for the buck, so, you might try contacting them to see if they know how badly targeted their ads are, in your case.

Agreed. Nothing pisses me off more than the spanish commercials on American tv. Besides the pro democrap propaganda commercials and the increasing amount of commercials being played.

I disagree. The title of your post makes it a point to say, "...in the usa!" Specificity and emphasis. This seems to imply that Americans (more accurately, United Statesians) don't speak Spanish; however, Spanish is the 2nd most widely spoken language in North America and specifically for the U.S.A. If advertisers know this, it makes sense that they would cast the net wide. It's fine to be annoyed by it. It's not fine to be xenophobic. Do better.
