Starz channel, doing exactly like the other person says, not working correctly, imagine that

No one has answered the question! Why does Roku not allow you to log in your existing STARZ account? I’m done with force feeding people what they don’t want! We are paying you!

    For more information about that channel's authentication, you'll want to contact Starz support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel providers themselves.

      For two days I have tried to access Starz through my Roku channel.  Nothing works.  So I downloaded the Starz channel and had to set up a new login.  Starz did not recognize my login.  I finally signed up as a new subscriber (3 months for $X.XX to Starz).  

      Now I have two stars accounts I am paying for (one from Roku Channel and one directly through Starz).  Since Starz let me sign in with my email as the Roku account, I think I have two STARZ accounts.  I want to stop my Starz account through the Roku Channel.  How can I do that?  

      Also, Why did it stop working in the first place? I have been using it for a few years now.
