When logging into Spectrum app there isn't a way to access both Upper and Lower case letters. Which means I can't enter my password to log in. I spoke with Spectrum and they said this is an issue that Roku needs to resolve. Thank you.
go to a letter and arrow up above the letter for capital.
When you are hovered over the letter there will be a pop up that opens right above that letter. The pop up should be the capital version of that letter. Hit the arrow up button and that should allow you to select the upper case version of that letter.

Great solution! Spectrum requires (forces) you to have at least one upper case letter in your password. When the ROKU screen cursor is on a letter, press the UP ARROW, then press ENTER, and an upper case letter displays as part of your password. My system now logs me into the Spectrum app automatically. Someone wrote that they seemed to be "stuck" entering upper case letters. Maybe the DOWN arrow will toggle that out of UPPER case mode.

Select the letter you need. Immediately above that letter you will see it's capital letter version. Press the up button. Press okay.
There seem to be several different keyboard designs. Look for either an up-arrow, or a 'key' that shows "ABC" or "abc".

Did you try holding down the shift key?
Go to the lowercase letter and hit the up arrow to choose the capital letter.
