Spectrum channel closes during playback

I am haveing the same issue with the Spectrum app.

Model 3930RW -Roku Express

SN X00400PJL7XJ

Software Version 10.5.0 build 4208-AE

Device ID S009203jl7xj

    How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet?

      I just purchased this and if it kicks me off Spectrum every 5 minutes, it will be returned immediately.  This is so annoying.

        Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!

        Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or across other channels installed on your Roku device?

        If you haven't tried it yet, you can remove the affected channel and then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
