Spectrum app won’t broadcast

The app loads but won’t broadcast. All other apps load fine. I’ve done everything I could find on the Internet:


-Followed the “Unable to Complete Request RLP-999” directions
-Checked for/installed all pending updates
-Turned my television off/on manually
-Turned my internet connection off/on
-disconnected/reconnected the ROKU stick and cord
-Deleted and reinstalled the app

Help!

    That error message an error means a network error or streaming error with Spectrum. Try logging out of the app and then logging back in.

    If that doesn't help, reach out to Spectrum support.  I know in my area there have been some issues with some of their channels.
