Spectrum app on Roko not working

I am also having this issue on 3 separate roko devices, it isn't a Spectrum issue,  as I can open my Spectrum TV app on my phone and stream to my TV  just fine.  I have read through multiple similar posts about this issue and solutions provided,  none work.  When will Roko provide an update??

Please do give me a boiler plate, restart the app solution and declare it solved....
