Spectrum App not listing all of my channels in my Spectrum subscription

So the problem has never been resolved from what I read here. How do I reinstall Spectrum to see if that helps?

I'm trying to get NHL on 1324 which works on cable boxes and laptop.  Not Roku?

Thanks for any help.

    I was told that in order to add NHL Center Ice I needed to rent a cable box, which I've done... this significantly adds to the cost of this plan since I don't need it for anything else.

      Beside the monthly fee, I had to swap boxes at least twice a year because they are rebuilt junk.  That's why I went to Roku on this TV.
