Spectrum app keeps adding itself to my homescreen on Roku Express after I remove it

Ok, here is a new one posssibly. I have a Roku Express and everyday I have to remove the spectrum app from my home screen. i don't have spectrum in my area but this app keeps showing up after I delet...

    I have tried logging into  my Roku.com and enter a four digit pin for the app. Remember your pin every time you download a app it requires a pin,and this should work.
