Sound going out constantly

Bought a Roku Ultra 4K a few years back and the sound goes out constantly almost as if it was talking with my mouth closed.  I should have just bought an Apple TV which is my plan after all.  To anyone reading this don’t waste your time or money as it will cause more frustration than anything else.  Once I get my Apple TV I will destroy this Roku and never look back.  The absolute worst mass produced product on the market!
