Nothing works to remove the other log-in on the Disney app. I have my log-in on one device and the intruder on the other device. How do I remove the unwanted log-in? I have asked before, a few time times, and never received a response or help

We would like to know if your Roku device is linked to your account. You can check by going to Settings> System> System> About. In addition, have you tried logging out of Disney+ by navigating to the left hand within Disney+ > Setting > Log Out.
