Some apps work - many won't open
With my Roku streaming stick, some apps (Netflix and others) work just fine but others (YouTube, Xfinity Stream, ABC) all crash when I try to open them - issue has been for several days. Any ideas??

We understand the issue you have encountered with your Roku Streaming Stick that is unable to open some apps, and we're here to provide you with troubleshooting steps that you can perform to resolve the issue. Kindly be instructed with the instructions below:
- Press Home on your Roku remote.
- Scroll and select Settings.
- Select System.
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart.
Once this has been performed, please check to see if you notice any improvements.
