[SOLVED] Roku Channel: Missing Saved List & Continue Watching --- NOT SOLVED

We own 6 rokus; 2 TVs, 2 soundbars (one brand new and Pro), and 2 Premium Rokus (little square things).  We have the same issue on every single one of them.  When we move from the left of the Home Screen to navigate the apps/channels, we can't.  I have read the fix of disabling the LIVE feature on the Home Screen but that has only worked on the TVs, not the soundbars or the premiums.  

Can a patch be pushed, please?  We have invested too much money in this system for this amount of inconvenience.
