The @skynews app is not working. It loads to home screen with the logo and stalls there. I have removed the channel, restarted roku device and re-installed the app on 2 devices and the problem persists

  • yes same here, two devices. Remove reload repeat. No change

  • Same here.  Yet, the Sky News channel on the Roku channel listings works.

  • Monday 2nd Sept.  Sky App not working. Removed the app, turned off Roku stick.  Restarted and re installed the Sky App, the app still not working.  Get error - Something went wrong, sorry, there appears to be an issue. [create session 504]. Did this twice, reinstalled app, still not working.

Update.   Sky News is working again.

I have no idea what went wrong; I just tried it, and it's fine now.

It is now working for me. I deleted the app and restarted the Roku stick, then re-installed the Sky app. I did this twice, and Sky did not work at first. I tried clicking on the app again later today, and Sky is working again.    No idea what the problem was.
