SiriusXM app no longer recognizes username/password

Just a heads-up that I tried logging into my US Sirius account while traveling in Canada and it no longer works.

Not just the Sirius Roku app is broken with regards to logins... Even when I tried to login using a web browser to update my credit card it gives a generic "The username and/or password you entered does not match our records." error.

It worked for around 4 years at least (or however long).

Why is SiriusXM cutting off their subscribers? The actual car radio continues to work fine (at least until the CC is invalid)...

    Thanks for your post. 

    Have you tried to remove the channel and re-install it to see if it helps? To ensure the process is successful, restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > System restart.

    If this does not help, we suggest reaching out to SiriusXM support directly to report the issue and for further help. Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves.
