Signing into CTV Shows that require sign in

I have the CTV Channel but it wont let me acitivate or sign into the locked shows . I get the code but it wont work

    Please be advised that channel logins or authentication are handled directly by the channel developer. We suggest reaching out to CTV's customer support team to report the issue and get help. They can resolve the error you are having with channel authentication.
