Signing in when I have started subscribing

  • I’m getting that same message too. Bought through acorn app. Went to acorn via Roku and that doesn’t register that I have a subscription so not sure why it’s telling me to go to acorn via Roku. Did you have any luck fixing it?

    We'd like to be of assistance here and see how we can get you up and running. Try accessing it to a standalone app to see if you're able to access it using those credentials.
