Signing in issues on Roku

What is the problem with Roku's sign in feature? Sometimes when I want to sign in, it asks for my username, other times for my email address! My browser auto-fill doesn't know what to do!"
If it's set for my email, when the site asks for username instead, I can't log in. If it's set for username, and the site asks for email, I can't log in!  Come on Roku, get this consistent, instead of being so helter-skelter!  Most websites ask for "Email or Username", why can't you?

    Could you please share which specific website you are trying to log into? (my.roku.com, community.roku.com, or any Roku website). Also, does trying a different web browser make any difference?
