May we know if you're experiencing this issue while turning on the Roku TV or accessing an app/channel? Also, when did you first encounter this issue?, and was this after performing a system update or any changes to your Roku TV settings?

Don’t waste your time. No fix. It’s stuck in update loop. Trash the TV and don’t get a ROKU tv again. I trashed mine and got a Samsung, never looked back.
