Sharp Roku TV has no channel options

Hardware 50" Sharp TV B50GJ4225K

The instruction says "When you are watching a program, press Left on the directional pad to open the Live TV Channel Guide."

Pressing left when watching Live TV (antenna) doesn't do anything.

Pressing left on the TV guide only scrolls left and it doesn't arrive at the channel name.

    Try restarting your Roku TV quickly. To do this, go to Settings > System > Power > System restart. After it’s back up, go to live TV and hit the left button on your Roku remote.

    Try restarting your Roku TV quickly. To do this, go to Settings > System > Power > System restart. After it’s back up, go to live TV and hit the left button on your Roku remote.
