Senpay on firestick

Hello i have the senpay app installed on my firestick. It works fine on any other tvs but once I plugged it into my hdmi port on my roku/fire tv it just says no signal. The rest of the apps on the firestick work fine. I'm just trying to find out if it's a setting or if it's just that particular app that will not work. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
