Things come and go as streaming rights are acquired and expire. It usually occurs at the beginning of the month. If something disappears from one service, it sometimes appears on another.

It looks like you're experiencing issues with the missing seasons of The Nanny on The Roku channel.
Quick note: Content licenses change each month. So seasons 1-3 of The Nanny on the Roku channel are no longer within the current licensing period.
