Search option and Roku Channel not working

Nothing you are suggesting is working. Roku is an absolute joke. No tech support, no phone support, and half the time this doesn't even work! I type one single letter, and it tells me there's no matches. C'mon!!! Typing the letter M should yield dozens of results, so I know something is seriously wrong! I haven't even gotten to my real search yet!
Roku, let's see how long it takes you to get back to me about this.

    • What specific Roku device you are having issues with?
    • Is this the first time you've experienced the issue? If so, when did it start?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far in an attempt to resolve the issue?
    • Can you send us an image or video referring to the issue?

    In the meantime, we recommend performing a system restart to see any improvements. Follow the instructions below:

    1. Press Home 
       
       on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System restart
