Screen goes black every time I move the cursor on several channels

Screen goes black every time I move the cursor on several channels.  I can be just browsing titles and every time I move to another title the screen goes black. This happens on Amazon, Paramount, Netflix and probably more, but I am not going to check them all. This is obviously an issue with my Roku Ultra 

model 4670x, SN YJ0005662195

    We're here to share assistance with this issue going on. We would recommend performing a system restart on the device by navigating to Settings > System > System restart, then try again to see if that helps.
