Screen freezes, while watching Freevee and then connection circle starts then cannot connect

While watching Freevee, the screen will pause and the connection circle starts and then goes out

then we have to restart the streaming stick

    Thanks for letting us know about the issue you've encountered with Freevee, and we're here to assist. For this issue, we recommend performing the troubleshooting steps below to achieve seamless streaming with the app.

    1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the star (*) key on your remote, and choose "Remove channel".
    2. Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
    3. Once your player/TV starts up again, go to "Streaming Store" on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.

    Additionally, we'd recommend restarting your router/modem and making sure that your Roku device has a good signal strength from your network so you will have an optimal connection for a better streaming experience.
