Scary Ads on Home Screen - options to remove

Dear Roku, 

 

My 10-year-old son wrote the following:

 

I think that some of the sidebar pictures on the home screen are a little bit scary, like the movie It. Could you possibly get rid of them in the next Roku update? Or make a switch in the settings that allows you to turn them off or make them age appropriate?

    To opt out of ads that may contain sensitive content, you can:

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote 
       
    2. Select Settings 
       
    3. Select Privacy 
       
    4. Select Advertising 
       
    5. Select Sensitive ad content 
       
    6. Select one or more sensitive ad categories 
       
    7. Press OK
