On the newer Roku devices, a Power Saving feature was introduced. You can disable this under Settings/System/Power/Auto-Power Savings/20-min inactivity [uncheck to disable] and see if that helps.

Circling back on this, the power saving feature is not the cause as it still happens even after disabling it. I’ve tried different hdmi cables and ports with no resolution. Might be a TV issue…
