Same commercial hangs while watching Farscape on Roku Channel

Has anyone seen this. While watching Farscape on The Roku Channel, the same Progressive Insurance Commercial hangs? The only way to resolve is to push the back button and the resume the show. The c...

I have the same issue, started 1 November 2023, it only happens watching the Roku channel no other apps hang. It hangs on different commercials.

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
    • Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).
    • Does the issue occur when accessing on-demand content or on Live TV
