The show description says there should be a variety of captions available. But so far none of the episodes have ANY captions, not in English not in another language..
I’ve been searching for a way to report this, but have t found an official “report a problem with a movie/ show” link where someone can fix it.

Thanks for flagging this — missing captions can happen if the content provider hasn’t correctly attached subtitle files to the Roku stream. Try these quick steps first:
Go to Settings → Accessibility → Captions mode and set it to “Always on.”
Exit and relaunch the episode.
If captions still don’t appear, it’s likely an issue on the channel provider’s side (for “The Great American Baking Show,” that’s likely via The Roku Channel or another partner app). You can report it directly by selecting “Give feedback on content” in the Roku Channel details page or by visiting Roku Support → Report playback issue.
This helps flag the missing captions for Roku’s content team to fix.
